At Sankalp – Ahmadabad Gujarat, A group of chef made a Longest dosa which was about 31 feet long. The chief Chef was Shri S.R. Gauda at that event. they are having a long about ten meter TAVA. Total 16 Kg. of aata and 8 kg. of pure ghee are the main integrands to make that Largest dosa.
All chef are started to make that longest Dosa, they are working together like a team. finally they made the dosa. At last the dosa’s length was measured, it was about 31 feet. and the team of chef made this dosa in only seven minutes which was a record. Host also tested the dosa and that was like delicious.
